Poor service and lack of communication.

Purchased a lounge suite in November. The couch was delivered defective and returned .No armchairs delivered .New couch received defective again .No armchairs received either .I was told the armchairs were also damaged and sent back to warehouse.They agreed to a refund and pick up the sofa.Refund only gets paid when sofa is picked up.This has not happened despite many calls to have it removed.I also need the refund to purchase a new couch.Annoyed and inconvenienced by the poor service received.
