Poor Service and Delayed Delivery Experience

I bought a couch (R14,000) and a bed (R11,000). When purchasing the bed, I specifically stated that I would only buy it if it could be assembled upon delivery. The salesperson, Nthati, assured me that the bed would be assembled during delivery. However, while the bed was connected, it was not fully assembled, and the delivery person was extremely rude. Now, I am left with a bed that is still unassembled. When I called the store, they informed me that I would have to pay for the assembly, despite the earlier agreement.

As for the couch, it was supposed to be delivered in August, but I only received it on the 2nd of September 2024 due to the warehouse having the wrong delivery address.
