Poor service and communication

Bought a lounge suite from Rochester in Clearwater in July 2020. In September I contacted them because some of the stitching came loose. After a struggle just for them to come and collect the lounge suite, I was told that it would take 2 - 4 weeks. When I phoned last week they said it is booked to be delivered the 11th Nov 2020. I was upset that there was no communication, but organized that someone would be at my house the whole day on the 11th. Today is the 13th. I have phoned a couple of times since there is no communication from them. I am still awaiting. I will never buy from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
