Poor service

I don't know why people still goes to this store the service its bad with no care attitude. I did laybye and yesterday i went to pay it off i was told the couches i had laybyed was sold . No one said anything about selling the couches and the manager there at Northgate gave me a bad attitude of saying you can take your money while in front of him taking calls without asking if its okay if he can take call meaning i was just a nuisances in front of him. I am sorry i will not recommend any one to buy at thi store
