Poor service

Hi, I am so disappointed with how the work, I bought dining chairs online and before I did my purchase online, I went to clearwater where I was told I should expect my delivery on Thursday the latest would be Saturday but when I check the tracking system, nothing has been done up to date. I have no one to accept the delivery during the week as I have newly relocated to the place and that has not been considered at all. So would like them to give me my money back or deliver the chairs no later than today.
