Poor service

I’m so not happy about this furniture shop, they send sms saying they will deliver my couches on the 8th of Jan 2025 , 2 days later , no delivery and I’m the one calling and doing follow up but no proper feedback still, I’m so angry as I need the couches and took a day off so I’m available to receive my couches but no one showed up even after making a lot of phone calls to ask if they will deliver that day , now they telling me they where not sure of the address but still failed to call me and ask for the correct address , how are u not sure but still not call to make sure u deliver to the correct address , I will never buy here again and I regret , Rochester’s service is really poor and I’m not happy
