Poor Service

Rochester has the most horrible service ever. They do not care about their customers. We bought couches for like 70k and within 3 months their couches started changing color we reported the matter and they came to collect those couches. After a month of them not saying anything to us. We tried to contact them finding out why are the couches are taking so long and without any communication. They later told us we need to pay 12k for them to repair them and in fact, the hair chemical was the cause of color change, but the funny thing how is it that hair chemical would be found on all over the couches. Till today we still don't have couches and refuse to give us our money back as we still under warranty
