Poor service

I bought a luena bed on Jan 29. The sales person assured me delivery would be on 06 Feb in the morning the latest, the bed could be delivered on 05 Feb. I made follow ups with him as I was not getting any updates, he told me on 05 Feb in the evening that he couldn't fulfill his commitment and could not confirm when delivery could happen. I then asked if it was possible to get a refund so I can purchase this item else where. He confirmed that I could go to the store, speak to the manager and I would get a refund. When I get to the store they tell me it takes 10 working days to process a refund and the manager knew nothing about this problem until this morning. Rochester couldn't meet their commitment, they can't give me a refund immediately, and they wasted my time and money by asking me to come in the morning. I had to wake up early, drive to the store (petrol costs money). The manager made a commitment that the bed would be delivered on Monday. It still doesn't solve my problem, my sleep was disturbed and my money got wasted.
