Poor Service

on the 25/08/2015 i went and bought couches from Rochester Northgate and they delivered the couches. When the couches were delivered to me, they did not have legs. I advised the delivery gentleman about this. He then said i should contact the Branch the next day. I did and spoke to the sales guy by the name of Mandla. He promised that i will be sorted out soon. I waited till Monday the 01/09/2015 still no word from him. I then called him and he promised that someone from their warehouse will contact me. That person did not call me. I called Mandla again and advised him that Im not happy with their service and decided that they should come and collect the couches and refund me my money paid including delivery. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ROCHESTER NORTHGATE OR ANY OF THEIR BRANCHES BECAUSE OF THIS POOR SERVICE.
