Poor Service

I purchased 4 dining chairs on 27/10/24. The 4 chairs were delivered on the 31/10/2024. When the chairs were unwrapped we noticed that two are of the same colour tone and the other two of different colour tones. 3 were of the same height and one was higher. When i asked the delivery guys to take it back they refused. We got into a argument ,they were standing in my house and back chatting me,rude and arguing with me. They dis respected me in my house. They delivered incorrect products and was very rude . We called the show rooms and spoke to the manager who instructed them to take it back. it was taken back and that was the last i heared about my chairs. The sales or warehouse didnt not communicate further with me. Very poor service from such a company.Service depends on the people who provide it. Whats next??
