POOR RESPONSE , WAITING ON WEEKS

4 Weeks ago i went t Rochester furniture to purchase a couch on sale, i immediately filled in the forms took in the necessary documents, and till date i have had no response, every day they call me saying documents are outstanding , yesterday i get a call saying i think u should go purchase elsewhere because i dnt know why its taking so long, i specifically went to Rochester, i went to them because i saw what i liked , i had deals approved elsewhere but was set on this couch and this is the response i get .....
