Poor Quality- Worst service- Rude management.

I bought a 5 piece couchwhich was delivered in DEC 2024. The seats were falling in, the legs were uneven and broken I looged a complaint in June 2025 and only managed to get asssistance in Oct 2025. when the couches were returned, the sleeper couch was still not properly fixed and the connecting mechanism was also missing. I sent emails from Nov 2025, until i called the store in Jan 2026. The couches were collected in Jan 2026 to which they expect me to pay for repairs of their own substandard work. This is abuse of comsumers right as the couches are still within the Warranty period. I was told i can go and complain if i want to. Rochestor is the worst amongst the PEPKOR group, and i would like to escalate this issue to PEPKOR
