Poor quality products and bad customer care

I bought occasional chairs around 2022 at Rochester Canal Walk. In December they already started tearing. After numerous calls and emails they eventually exchanged one chair with the worse one. It was my first and absolutely last time I bought from this company. I wish I read the reviews first. Even today there is nothing forthcoming from the vompany. I just want my refund now.
