Poor quality, poor service, do not honour warranty

Product : 2 x carla sleeper couches - both damaged. was purchased 29 Jan 2015 at the fourways branch. the couches were barely used and both collapsed in the same exact spots. seems like a factory fault to me. phoned the branch, they picked up the couches and never heard from them again. i was given multiple numbers to correspond. someone phoned and i explained the situation, he was supposed to get back to us. they want to charge a 50% useage fee when the couches are still under warranty. makes no sense to me... the regional manager admited that the couches were troublesome the minute he heard the name of the product. i am utterly disgusted by the service. rochester was very quick to take my money and dont want to provide any after sales service. will never buy from them again. i want a full refund, no lame excuses!<br>
