Poor Quality leather couches being sold to customers

We bought a couch November, it was said it's genuine leather after 2 months the leather started loosen up and forming things like bubbles . We have logged a complain and they came to collect the seating cushions to check what the issue is, its been a month now , we have no couch and we still dont know what's happening to our cushions, we tried reaching out to them in so many platforms with no solid Feedback
