Poor quality goods sold at Rochester furniture

I am very disappointed in Rochester Furniture Store in Brooklyn. My wife and I have purchased a TV Stand for the amount of R5500 ( delivery 500). The same week of purchase we had informed the salesman (Michael) of scratches etc... on the TV stand. There were two attempts to replace the one we have. We are not happy with the two tv stands that were brought to us. We also spoke to the manager of the store (Vincent) on the 9 May 2015. He had insulted us saying: \We had buyer's remorse". Furthermore he offered to give us a whole R50 discount on our next purchase. We received poor customer service and insults from this store"
