POOR QUALITY FURNITURE FROM ROCHESTER FURNITURES!!!!!!

I bought two occasional cahirs from the just over two years ago, before my 24 month warranty was over one of the chairs broke, I reported the matter in August 2022 and I was promised that they would send some people to come and fix the chair. I even got a case number tp prove that the matter was indeed reported. I have since got in contact with the person I reported my issue and they read my messages and did not reply. I am genuinely hurt by this treatment because I thought I would be buying quality furniture from them but seemingly not. I will not be recommending them to anyone, their customer service is poor.
