Poor quality furniture, expensive and even worse service!

My mother in law (elderly) purchased a dining chair set during August/September 2019 from the Rochester Boksburg Branch. The item/s is still within its warranty/guarantee period. At present the legs are coming loose and is quite disheartening to see. All Rochester did was say that a call will be logged and the supplier will keep in touch. Nothing happened since. Poor quality furniture and to top it off really poor customer service...
