POOR QUALITY AND POOR SERVICE

I bought a table from Rochester in August and reported a fault in November. They rejected my complaint and said I should have reported a fault within 7 days.

That table was so expensive but in November I notice that there is a opening on the one side, poor quality /poor workmanship. I immediately reported it and today received a rejection letter.

So disappointing since it is not even 3 months since I bought this table. I will never buy anything from Rochester due to their poor quality furniture and poor Service.
