Poor quality and customer service

Bought a broken sofa cash which I only noticed withing a week. Cant get it replaced and cant get refund..customer service so poor. It's been over a week without my sofa. They insist on fixing their broken sofa instead of replacing it or giving mey money back. The head office is so useless and the so rude. Poor quality furniture and poor customer care..will never buy there ever again
