Poor Quality and Appalling service

The collections and planning teams are the most *********** bunch. I bought a couch from Rochester carnival mall, my consult (Charmaine) did her part to ensure that the couch is collected because of pope quality (amongst other things ), but nothing came from her efforts because it clearly comes natural for corporate staff to disregard clients and the work that sales consultants do because. I want the deal cancelled, my deposit refunded and the couch collected.

What upsets me more info the fact that the finance team is busy calling me to remind me of the debit order day because evidently , all they care about is my money and not the quality of furniture they sell.
