Poor quality

We bought a couch from Rochester in July 2022 a few months later we could feel the planks on the armrests and on the seating area. This is very disappointing because if we wanted furniture that would last less than a year we would have gone to any corner furniture store but, because we wanted quality we chose Rochester and were willing to spend the big amount we spent thinking that we were getting good quality but it's the complete opposite.
