Poor QA and Repairs Turnaround
I had purchased a TUDOR Corner Suit from the web shop. This couch arrived with a defect where the Velcro strap at the back of one of the sections was not attached. This strap is used to attach the loose fabric of the reclining sections to the couch. This did not worry me too much seeing that this couch comes with a two year warranty. This warranty however ended up being the cause of my distress. Rochester (now part of the JD Group) no longer does on-site repairs, as such the couch was collected for repairs. An inconvenience, but one that most can live with. The problem however comes in with regards to their turnaround time. At the time of me typing this review, my couch had been in for repairs for OVER SEVEN WEEKS. The staff at Rochester is doing nothing else but giving me the run around and I am extremely frustrated by having spend a handsome amount of money for such poor service.
I regret my purchase. Perhaps I should have gotten a cheaper couch from Coricraft.
