Poor product quality and dissatisfied

I bought a 6 piece set of couch in 2019, and 1 is broken now i am being told that its outside supplier warranty , I cannot believe considering the value of the product purchased that i have to now bare the costs of fixing the couch , i think i am currenty being ********** and very dissatisfied by this ....If the product is expensive can we then get value for our money simple .....
