Poor Payment System & Lies

I went to Rochester Polokwane Store Game Center to on Saturday 06/01/2018 to purchase a set of couches ( Hamilton Mocca Grey), I paid with cash, received an invoice and given a waybill to the warehouse, and when I got to the warehouse I waited for 4 hours to get a response that I won't go home with my product. even today I'm still waiting for their poor system to clear and I couldn't go to my work place because of this poor quality service provided by your company. I was pushed to pay and promised all is well now that they got the money the they no longer take me serious. this is poor service and I think they do this to everyone else. I skiped from work since Saturday and even today. even Towntalk finishers shops can do better.
