Poor online customer service

I have made an online laybuy when I went to the store to pay off my laybuy they couldn’t find it on the system I had to pay full amount for the couches and called in on the 08/12/25 to cancel the laybuy and requested the refund I have been calling doing the follow ups no answers no refund no solution even the supervisors are not will to assist when they are called to answer 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
