Poor Customer Service

Rochester Customer Service, through its call center and WhatsApp, is not effective at all. I am not sure if it is outsourced or what. You don't get any answers from them at all. My daughter placed an online order, and paid it off end of August, and today we are nearly at the end of September, and no delivery order or communications are at hand. When she calls the customer service, they keep asking if she has finished paying, what the heckkkkkkkkkkkk!!!! Order number: ***6
