Poor customer service and quality

Worst customer service, once you pay them it's like they no longer care, bought Nordic bed and plasma stand via layby, stand had minor faults, the bed always not assembled, it took them 2weeks to come, once there they left it messy(the bed it's loose and bending)store manager gave countless empty promises, she doesn't even have customers service skills, very mean, I wouldn't recommend Rochester to anyone unless if u're ready for mental breakdown. Went to the store Saturday afternoon was told to wait till Monday, today was told to wait till Wednesday total BS. I regret ever trusting Rochester
