Poor customer service and not reliable

My delivery was supposed to be delivered on 14th of November as per arrangement made by Rochester, my partner and myself took off from work yesterday with no correspondence said item was not delivered. I took off from work today again I still haven't received my item I contacted customer service but only received poor service with no solution. Received an sms now reading that the delivery will only happen on the 20th of November I cannot stay out of work for three days. Very unrelia
