POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FURNITURE DEFECTS

ROCHESTER Fourways branch - The worst service by Nishan and team where I was sold a R14 490 table and bench unit by the sales consultant that advised me that it is outdoor compatible (we have a voice recording) as long as the area is covered. which we had positioned at our bar area which is undercover. Now the table has major defects where the concrete 'look' top has bubbled to the point that the table looks terrible. I escalated this matter to Nishan who was very unhelpful. I will now proceed with legal advice against your company. For what is supposed to be a well established retailer - the customer service is poor. Rochester are unwilling to assist in either replacing the current damaged furniture or even providing an alternate recommendation for the undercover patio area. They have refused to provide a refund, and explained they will speak with the respective supplier.
