Poor Customer Service and Bad attitude

Bought couches in September 2014 and they were delivered on time but upon inspecting them I found they were scratched. I reported the matter and after almost a month and being blamed I was promised they were going to be picked up for repairs. The couches were eventually picked up sometime in Feb and promised that everything was going to be fixed in six weeks. That was the last time I heard from the shop. I kept enquiring and everyone kept on blaming someone. Two times so far have I been told that I am getting my delivery on a certain day and just a few days ago I was promised that couches were going to be delivered today before 2. I called the Festival mall branch and the lady was so rude to the extent that she cut me off because there was an important customer in front of her. <br> <br> Besides poor service I can't bear the fact that I'm taken for a fool and told to call different numbers. When I paid I was never told all this and its the first time in my life I'm getting such attitude and service. I have all the emails, call recordings to prove my case. Just thought to warn others to avoid this shop. Its been 7 months and counting. Cant accept such service.
