Poor customer service

On 19.02.2021 I bought a couch Rochester Parkview and made a special order because the fabric I wanted had to be made. I was told the couch would take 6 to 8 weeks to be made and delivered. Week 5, I kept on checking how far the couch is, I would wait for hours in the shop while they were calling head office or the manufacturer to check. After a long time they would tell me to go and they would call me back. I then went week 6, week 7, week 8, no feedback nothing. I would call and they always tell me we will call you back and update You, nothing. Yesterday I call the head office only to find that they don't have my order. I went to the shop and they kept on telling me nonsense. I will never buy from this shop ever again.
