Poor customer service

Rochester - Festival Mall. Please work on your customer service, not happy with the way my recent purchase went. I ordered couches on 02/12/2020 and was promised delivery before 05/12/2020. I only received my stuff on 13/12/2020 and the delivery people called me at 8 am informing me that they will deliver around 9 am. They only delivered at 16:49, which means my whole day was wasted waiting for them. I am not happy with this at all.
