Poor customer service

This is the third time I am writing a review about the poor service I’ve received. I still have the fridge with a leaking water dispenser, and despite my repeated attempts to call and email Ridhaa and his team, I have received no response.

At this point, I no longer want this fridge. Their service is unacceptable, and what frustrates me most is being ignored. Customers deserve better than this.
