Poor customer service

I recently bought a dining table at Rochester Strubensvalley. Staff was helpful and professional. Wish I had known how poor their deliveries were managed. Firstly you can't seem to book a delivery after 1pm which the sales reps at shop don't tell you. I arranged with the warehouse over the phone to come at 3pm, driver phones me in the morning and says he is on his way. Me and the driver finally agree on 12:30pm and I lose out on an hour at my work to ensure I'm at home.

Next up 1 table and 8 chairs come off the truck then they notice the warehouse didn't pack *****s to attach legs of table.

It is not complicated to ensure your orders leaving a warehouse are complete. And for certain if you cannot make deliveries after midday, tell your customers in the shop during purchases made so they know before hand what to expect. Had I known this I would have gone to a furniture store that delivers at least during a full workday or would have arranged for my own removal truck.

I am not being done a favor I paid for delivery. Rochester sort out your operational process between the sales to warehouse to customer, this is not customer service.
