Poor customer service.

Very disappointed with the service received from Rochester. I bought a storage base which was misrepresented as being beige in the website pictures only to receive one in grey. I requested a refund, now they don't want to pay me for the delivery and installation fee whereas the mistake is theirs plus they didn't even install the product for me! See me at Rochester again, kill me!
