Poor Customer Service

I did a layby on the 3-01-22 at Rochester New Market Mall , I was supposed to be assisted by a gentleman whom I believe that is the store manager. He referred me to one of his sales personnel(Theo) which he assisted nicely on the that day, he convinced me to allow them to deliver instead of me collecting. Fast-forward on the 21-01-22 I went to settle my layby, Theo told me that I will not be getting my delivery on the day, I will only get it on 24th. On the 24th I didn't get any phone call, I decided to phone the store to find out about the delivery. Firstly I waited 7minutes on the phone before I was assisted, secondly I was told that the delivery was only scheduled for 25th and unfortunately not all the things will be delivered the same, I will have to wait two more days. I then decided to go to the store for more clarity. I received a very disgusting attitude from the store manager, its really sad how even the manager will treat his customers like that. Very disappointing.
