Poor Customer Experience

On the 13th of June I made a purchase of a corner suite, 6 dining chairs and a dining table. Order number: ***1

I finally received delivery this morning after endless phone calls and emails. The dining room table that was delivered, one leg did not have holes to drill the bolts into and the other leg did not have stumps at the bottom which was going to result in an uneven table so it was taken back to the warehouse.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received thus far from your staff as they completely lack professionalism. I had to put my foot down when they wanted everything thing else to go back to the warehouse as well where as its only the table had a factory fault. I need that dining table delivered to me no later than tomorrow as I am not prepared to wait any longer than I already have.

My faith in your brand has been thrown out the window and I really feel undervalued as a customer.
