Poor Client care

Bought expensive couches, fell inlove with them and was over the moon. Kept them in storage for 2 weeks before unwrapping them, upon opening them I couldn't find the footings for the 3 seater and the very 3 seater had one back rest cushion that is torn and badly repaired. I immediately called Rochester woodmead, gave me the round about of my life. Their warehouse phone rings for eternity without anyone calling back or picking up the phone. I have been trying to get it resolved since Easter and still nothing! Now I have to contend with having couches that are far less than desirable. I'm fulfilling my part, payments are debited without a fail. The current manager in woodmead escalated the matter on my behalf, still nothing!
