Poor Aftersales Service

I should have come on here before purchasing from Rochester, the aftersales service is really bad. Staff at Canalwalk is excellent, problem is your Warehouse, yall delivered a couch with secondhand/damaged legs?? There's no way you are taking customers serious and your business for that matter. Now we are 2 weeks in, waiting for new legs. To think I was planning to come back for more... Never again.
