POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE FROM ROCHESTER

Sales experience at Rochester Carnival mall very good. After sales pathetic. Bought 2 Grafton recliners in December 19. Told the sales person they were for a sunny lounge. We chose the dark brown leather look fabric. Now they have turned a beetroot colour after only 9 months. The warranty says sun damage/fading is excluded. Contacted the sales person with copies of invoice etc and she has escalated it but zero response from them.
