Poor after sales and quality of furniture

<p>More than a year ago I purchased a mepmis lounge suit first they didn't give the whole set 2 backrest wasn't given after a long battle I eventually got them but after 6 months that n purchased the suit it started peeling off I notified them since last year november. I have been in n battle with them but unsuccessful the told me they have changed systems and the latest is that I must pay the repair but in was still in the warranty period but still the service and the workmanship of Rochester is the worst I have logged for a refund because no person can carry on like this a lot of money is wasted and I RECOMMEND NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ROCHESTER!!!! If you do good luck with losing alot of money</p>
