Poor after care service, Customer care and delivery

DO NOT ORDER FROM ROCHESTER!!! ITS A ****😭 I bought items online, but I’m not happy with them, delivery was a problem from the start, confirmation of my order was a nightmare…now having to to return them it’s a disaster…I logged return the on Saturday now it’s Wednesday still no clear answer…everyone keeps on escalating ….I’m tired of trying to reason with them with no solutions…at your earliest convince don’t buy from Rochester terrible after service
