****ed gatvol about Rochester Polokwane.

I bought Mombasa sofas worth 34000 zar in polokwane i paid in full cash.

However they delivered display/demo sofas.

The date of purchase is June 2018.

I reported to them, nothing happened. I even reported to head office. They told me they'd bring new ones for exchange. Guess what, they didnt exhange them, they came to fetch to fix them.

Now i want my money back. I am very ****ed. And gatvol. Becuase i didn't buy demo sofas or factory fault sofas. I reported this within a week after purchase.

They delayed to come fetch the sofas from june 2018. And now they are lying and saying i wasted time to report this, but now why would u fix them?

Im ****ed. 34K for broken sofas and to be **** and made a fool like this??? Mxm I will never recommend Rochester to anyone.
