Pepkor Rochester

Pepkor is a bad corporate manager of their subsidiary brands, especially Rochester. Stores and online.

I did a layby online on the Rochester website and the layby agreement price was R1000 higher than the order amount.

I have emailed and called for a resolution but no one is owning up or taking accountability.

Investors of Pepkor should be worried about their investment if all the subsidiary brands continue to have ********* procedures and perform so poorly on customer service and support
