Payment division

<p>I have had a worst experience with the shop last year December when I purchased my Angelo Day Bed (cream white) cash with my Bonus salary. I requested the shop in Woodmead to transfer my couch to Nelspruit branch. I then went home during the holidays to collect my couches from Nelspruit. I got a grey colour with cream ottoman delivered at the branch. I had no choice but to take the couch as I am based in GP and only visit home maybe 4 times a year. I asked them to take back the ottoman and get it on the same colour as the couches. Worst nightmare....For less than 6 months the similar ...k up happened. I lay-bye another couches for my flat in GP. Paid it up on the 22 June to collect on the 23rd. I was told that I cant collect because the full payment does not reflect. I'm just so frustrated, I then went to the JDG at Eastern Service Rd, They finaly sorted it out and the branch called me to say I can now collect my couches. I dont think so after all the trouble I went through....you should deliver to my palce at your expense.</p>
