Pathetic service service and refund policy

Pathetic service service and refund policy.

I bought deco accessories at Wonderpark 2 weeks back. I returned them and I was told they don't refund deco accessories. It was not communicated to me nor written on the receipt. That is unfair and ********* business practice. Sales persons were so rude without willingness to assist.

I will never buy or advise anyone to buy at Rochester ever. I am going to open a case at Ombudsmen.
