Pathetic service, Money *****ers

I ordered a lounge suite on 19 July 2021, online, paid for in full. To this day, 19 August 2021, i have not had delivery. NOBODY contacts me until I email. The call centre does not know what's going on - says it's at the warehouse. I was told that it will be delivered today, but NOTHING. DO NOT GIVE ROCHESTER YOUR MONEY!
