Pathetic service from Rochester

Pathetic service from Rochester. I thought I would go with a "professional and reputable " company to avoid any issues but this has got to be the worst service I have received in a long while. I purchased chairs in November last year. They were quick to deliver however the chair legs were discoloured and 2 did not match the set. Another chairs material was loosely creased at the back. The guy at the store told me that their standard practice was for all 6 chairs to be exchanged for 6 brand new chairs. I have had constant back and forth the entire of December with them finally bringing 2 chairs, 1 of which was worse than all of the chairs. They did nothing about the 3rd chair as apparently they can only exchange 2 chairs at a time. It's now January. The chairs have not been sorted. I cannot use my chairs since it hasn't been fabric guarded (the store said that they will be liable should the chairs get messed however if they cant sort out simple exhanges i doubt i will have any joy in that event). I spent a fortune for an ornament in my house. My family and I are sitting on plastic patio chairs next to my main table. I am so frustrated with them and they will never get any business from me again. I will continue to advise people not to use such a pathetic company as their after sales is the worst. I am very disappointed and I wish I never stepped foot into their store.
