Pathetic service

I bought furniture its only been a couple of hours yet I'm enough about the tedious horrible service... was sent to their hell ware house named JD group in jetpark where I've had the worst service been waiting for 3hours and since been **** to that my Order is about to be taken out only to find that's not the case they know very well its peak season yet they are understaffed and the very few people they have on duty are rude and inefficient they give preference to the contractors that frequent the place and disregard us the customer. I'm so annoyed at the service I since got thus far!
